Life Change 6 Week ProgramLife Change is a program designed specifically for beginners. Whether you’re someone who has never done a day of exercise in your life, or a former athlete looking to get back in shape, this program can be adapted for anyone, regardless of your starting fitness level.
This is a 6 week program based on exercise 4 times a week, in a class based atmosphere, and comes with a nutrition plan, created and designed by a dietician ($250 value). You will receive a complete plan with seven days of example meals, recipes, along with tips for max results. |
Just Fitness ProgramOur JF Program is based on strength and conditioning. We work through 8-10 week strength training cycles, 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday), where we work on squats, deadlifts, benchpress, and strict press, paired with a short High Intensity Circuit workout for conditioning. On Monday, Wednesday and Sundays we focus on longer High Intensity circuit training workouts, which focus on cardio and conditioning. On Fridays we a medium-length conditioning class and then we focus and dedicate 12-15 minutes at the end of class to run a group recovery and mobility workout.
