Thanks for joining Life Change Program.
Welcome to Life Change and congrats on taking a step to a healthier you! This program is 6 weeks long trains 4 days a week; Monday at 7:30pm, Tuesday at 5:30pm, Thursday at 7:30pm, and Sunday at 11:00am. On your first night you will be with our head coach and co-owner Scott and he will be taking a bit of time talking about the program, nutrition, and talking about our goals. On night two you’ll have Scott again and he will spend a lot of time going over our warm-up, fundamental movements like the squat, lunge and push-up, and then a short 6-8 minute workout known as our “movement assessment”. Over your time with us we will continue to develop form, technique, and movement patterns while slowly increasing the length difficulty of our circuit workouts and slowly working into learning strength training.

We use the PushPress App to allow gym members to reserve their place in a class in advance, sign up for gym events, purchase products, and for general account management like updating email addresses, physical addresses, and your credit card on file. You can also purchase your memberships through the app as well.
You must reserve your spot for your class ahead of time to ensure that there is space for you to come in and workout in that time slot. You can reserve your class up to 3 days in advance to guarantee your spot. If you cannot come to a class that you've reserved, please be sure to cancel your reservation in the app before the class is scheduled to happen. We understand that life happens, but a "no-show" will lead to a warning, two "no-shows" will lead to a penalty of $10 fee.

What do I do when I get to the gym?
When you come in, please sanitize your hands as you enter the building and then check in to your reserved class on one of our tablets at the front reception counter. Once you're signed in, you can find one of our staff or coaches and find out which room you're going to be in. With COVID being what it is right now, please do not show up for classes more than 10 minutes in advance.
COVID RESTRICTIONS
We currently have class sizes restricted due to COVID, so signing up in advance to reserve your spots is extremely important. Also important to note is that our change rooms, showers, and water fountain are not currently in service due to COVID restrictions. We do have one of our bathrooms in service, but limited to one user at a time.
