So I’ve been putting this off because I’ve been super self conscious of myself, but looking at these pictures side by side, I am seeing the progression in just 6 weeks!
Thanks for kicking my ass into gear Scott... I may feel slow sometimes but I’m still working towards my goal.
I’m down 20.4lbs and 37 total inches. I Also benched 120lbs yesterday... and probably could have done a little more. Not only am I shedding weight, but I am getting stronger! I can feel it from not being able to do a push up without really modifying and putting but rear in the air, to being able to do a few modified push ups from my knees with a relatively flat backside in a row.
Thanks for pushing me, I know I’ve started and stopped in the past, but this time I feel like it’s for good.
